Welcome to week five of Shannon Shreds! For those of you who missed last week, Shannon's dad was in the hospital. We are inspired by her because she did an amazing job caring for her father, managing the added stress, and still staying on track. This week her dad is back home safe and you'll see her results are really starting to show!
For those of you who haven't met Shannon yet, she is taking on a one year challenge with Beach City CrossFit. This is the year she's committed to going from couch to CrossFit. We will be sharing her journey with you through weekly video posts. Her goal is to lose 150 lbs through healthy eating and 3-4 classes per week. Beach City CrossFit is honored to be the ones to coach Shannon through this lifestyle change. And we hope our amazing community can share words of encouragement and celebrate her successes along the way.
