Will Vigors
Will started life in Melbourne, Australia and initially grew up Swimming (little known fact-Australia is a large island and all Australians swim before they can walk- this is actually a fact, but you believed it, didn’t you). Along the way he also competed in Middle Distance Track, Cross Country Running, Rowing and Skiing. Australia is a sporty country by nature so he has always been involved in some aspect of sport whether it was competitive or coaching. After a brief stint in the Australian Army Will escaped to Canada to further his Skiing but then ended up right back in his home town of Mildura with nothing to do. Looking for a training program outside of the normal gym routine he stumbled upon CrossFit- and was immediately hooked. Five years later he has completed his CrossFit Level 1, coached at 2 CrossFit boxes in Australia, completed his CrossFit Gymnastics, Strongman, Movement and Mobility, moved to Lima, Peru to live with his wife Jess, coached at 2 more different CrossFit boxes (this time in Spanish), programmed for numerous athletes at different gyms and for different lifestyle goals and has now finally made it back to Canada to continue his fitness journey at Beach City CrossFit. He is determined to help anyone with their own lifestyle and fitness pursuits and is always looking to learn and grow with each new person he meets.
