We teach basic to advanced level classes in functional exercise, athletic conditioning, kettlebell training, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, rowing, running and jumping rope. Our members comes from varied backgrounds—from students, athletes, small business owners, stay-at-home moms, school teachers, nurses, and everyone in between all across the Okanagan. If you live in Penticton, Summerland or OK Falls you are minutes away from the best hour of your day.

We focus our members on optimizing physical competence in each of 10 recognized fitness domains, which are: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. We train you to be able to handle anything life throws at you.

You share in not only each other’s struggles but more importantly in each other’s triumphs. ​ We believe our environment is a big part of your success, having your gym right on Skaha Beach at the south side of Penticton is meditative for some, inspiring for others and generally the beauty of the surroundings is motivating. This is at the heart of what makes Beach City tick, what helps people succeed in meeting their fitness goals, and what keeps them coming back for more.

CrossFit is a fitness regimen developed over several decades. And has been real world tested in thousands of boxes (gyms) around the world.  The underlying philosophy is that fitness can save lives and extend lifespan.

​While CrossFit challenges the world's fittest,  what we do every day is designed to be done by everyone, making it the perfect fitness program for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale and modify our loads and intensity so its challenging at the level you are at right now. But imagine where you will be at tomorrow or six months from now.

where do I start?

​Whether you are new to CrossFit, or you have some experience, come and chat with us, we have many options to get you started.
If you are not sure if it is right for you we offer a free class/session with our coaches to talk about your background and goals and design something right for you. The CrossFit program is personalized to your journey, but you get to complete that journey with your new family.
