Shannon shreds week 1
We'd like to introduce you to Shannon. She is taking on a one year challenge with Beach City CrossFit. This is the year she's committed to going from couch to CrossFit. We will be sharing her journey with you through weekly video posts. Her goal is to lose 150 lbs through healthy eating and 3-4 classes per week. Beach City CrossFit is honored to be the ones to coach Shannon through this lifestyle change. And we hope our amazing community can share words of encouragement and celebrate her successes along the way. ♥
