Shannon shreds week 2
To those of you who missed last weeks post, this is Shannon and she's committed to going from couch to CrossFit this year. With the help of the amazing coaches at BeachCity CrossFit, she's hoping to lose 150lbs through clean eating and 3-5 classes a week. To any of Shannon's returning fans: Welcome to week two!
