I started doing crossfit in 2010. I had a list of things that I always wanted to do, but hadn't learned it yet. Simple things...to climb a rope and do a pull up. I wanted my list of, things that I can do, to grow. And so I began crossfit. I needed a physical and mental challenge that left me feeling both destroyed and accomplished. ​Voila!! I found it!

​Crossfit is an enviroment where there's always the balance of learning and feeling humbled. Transformation of self on all levels takes place. Your surronded by like minded people who are dedicated to change. And will work for it. In 2016 I got my Level 1 certification and in 2017, my Kids certification. I am whole heartedly passionate about helping others see and beleive that they can do different and be better than yesterday. To support them to work hard and be the best version of themselves. And to have some fun doing it, in a supportive place. Noone is stronger alone..​
