We teach basic to advanced level classes in functional exercise, athletic conditioning, kettlebell training, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, rowing, running and jumping rope. Our members comes from varied backgrounds—from students, athletes, small business owners, stay-at-home moms, school teachers, nurses, and everyone in between.
We focus our members on optimizing physical competence in each of 10 recognized fitness domains, which are: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. We train you to be able to handle anything life throws at you.

CrossFit is a fitness regimen developed by Greg Glassman over several decades. Glassman, CrossFit's Founder and CEO, was the first person in history to define fitness in a meaningful, measurable way: increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains. He then created a program specifically designed to improve fitness and health.
While CrossFit challenges the world's fittest, the program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program.

how early can you start?
We believe in doing what's best for kids!
Through the CrossFit Kids and Brand X Method™ youth fitness programming, our youth coaches teach foundational movements and movement challenges in a fun, safe and supportive environment through basic resistance training, body weight movements and with very light weights contingent on physical size, age, ability and capacity. (NO weights are used for kids ages 8 and under).
Our goal is to help kids and youth develop the confidence to try new things, excel as athletes and tackle life’s challenges with freedom and fearlessness.
EXPLORE: KIDS CLASSES
For kids age 5-8.
Kids will EXPLORE foundational movements through PLAY. Foundational movements include running, jumping, climbing, throwing, catching, kicking, landing, tumbling, spinning etc. and are the building blocks that allow kids to move confidently in their every day activities and to pursue optimal youth athletic development.
Note: No weights are used for kids ages 8 and under.
EXPLORE: PRE-TEENS CLASSES
For kids age 9-12.
Youth will learn foundational movements and begin to confidently EXPRESS themselves through learning more sophisticated movement challenges. Through PLAY youth will explore, experiment and practice movement skills and solutions that will allow them to approach everyday physical activities and athletic pursuits with fearlessness and freedom.
Note: Very light weights are used contingent on physical size, ability and capacity.
